Personal Mission Statement The responsibility of
the Music Minister is to mobilize volunteer musicians in the task of
leading corporate worship through music.
This is achieved through:
- Appointing volunteer musicians who are
qualified, or have potential for growth, to develop their abilities to
encourage people in worship.
- Promoting all musicians as leaders:
instrumental, vocal, and verbal.
- Encouraging a focal center in Christ.
- Selection of music that is thematically
appropriate to the topic of the service, reflecting a diverse
temperament of style and taste.
- Offering instruction and direction of
volunteers during rehearsal.
- Maintaining quality and structure during
service.
- Maintenance and development of technical
resources that aid in leadership.
