Responsible to:

  • Committee Chair

Purpose:

  • To support missions both at home and abroad.

  • To keep the congregation up to date on our Share Supported Missionaries.

  • To help raise support, both prayerfully and financially for our missionaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Pray for the work of the committee

  • Pray for our missionaries

  • Attend the committee’s monthly meeting

  • Help with committee activities (Mission’s Banquet)

Time Commitment:

  • Approximately 3 hours per month (2 hours for the meeting with an additional hour for contacting missionaries and other activities).

Length of Commitment:

  • One or two year(s). (Maximum of 6 consecutive years)

Training:

  • No additional training required.

Special Qualifications:

  • A heart for missions and/or missionaries.
